Job Description
As a Sales Manager (Proactive – Corporate & MICE), you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products and services to corporate clients and the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector.
Your main tasks will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets in the Corporate & MICE segments
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients in the target market
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer service
The ideal candidate should have solid sales experience in the corporate and MICE industry, strong networking abilities, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential for this role.
