Job Description

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 3-year(s) sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Relevant job knowledge and experience, including ocean & air, both import and export.
• Willing to work in Klang, Selangor.

Responsibilities:

• To develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve targeted revenue and growth.
• Develop new businesses for all product range – Priority to be given to air freight development.
• To own, monitor & drive all sales activities of new, existing and assigned customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified & nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close profitable & sustainable customer deals.
• Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives.
• Developing and leveraging on company’s branding and professional profile.
• Retention of accounts through customer service excellence.
• Gathering and sharing of market intelligence.
• Ensure timely response from client queries and RFQ’s.
• Drive and achieve department goal in accordance with company directions.
• Manage account receivables at all time & follow up on AR issues with clients.
• Ensure timely submission of reports.
• Any other task that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication (both verbal and written), and decision-making skills.
