Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the Logistics/Forwarding division. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales efforts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Identify and engage potential customers, understanding their specific logistics needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics operations, meeting clients’ requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing valuable insights to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the logistics/forwarding industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations and industry trends.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
