Job Description:
- Responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department
- Leading sales teams by providing guidance, training, and mentorship
- Setting sales quotas and goals, analyzing data, and assigning sales territories
- Hiring and training sales staff
- Monitoring inventory levels
- Performing any other duties assigned by the superior
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 to 5 years of team management experience
- Preferably Business Development/Sales Managers from a similar industry
- Dynamic, creative, independent, highly motivated, team player and passionate
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Experience aligning sales efforts with the efforts of an external team
- Entrepreneurial style, with an enthusiasm for working in a non-hierarchical team
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Must have sales experience in IT or Distribution
Salary Package: RM5,00.00 – RM7,00.00 per month
Working Hour: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday), 9am to 1pm (Alternate Saturday)
Working Location: Taman Intan, Klang
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekend jobs)
Supplemental pay types: Commission pay
Experience: IT sales hardware: 4 years (Preferred)
Language: Mandarin (Required)
Ability to Commute: Klang (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Klang: Relocate before starting work (Required)
