Job Responsibilities

• To maximize conference and banqueting revenue and profit through proactive selling techniques and pricing strategy.
• Respond to sales inquiries promptly from potential clients seeking meeting spaces, annual dinner, conference services.
• Develop sales plans to exceed revenue goals.
• Analyze business markets and design sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Oversee daily operations of the sales and event department.
• Manage event costing and expenses.
• Evaluate and enhance sales and financial performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Demonstrated convincing, communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Must be a team player and capable of working independently.
