Job Description
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Building client sales pipeline through alternate sources for Contract Staffing business.
- Attend to the client enquiries via email or calls by providing them the quote with our services.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients.
- Must be willing/able to travel from project to project throughout the country and inform the head office about the latest international or local job requirement they have.
- Visiting clients when needed for face-to-face understanding of the requirement.
- Working closely with the Recruitment Team to periodically review the recruitment process, increase sourcing efficiency.
