Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet company targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
