Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships. This role combines field sales and account management to achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets.

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients for customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Conduct business reviews with clients to assess their needs.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing for effective sales materials.
  • Work with the Senior Manager to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Qualification and Experience

Technical & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years in sales, business development, or account management in logistics industry.

Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
