Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in the Bus division. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth within the bus market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met
- Monitor competition and market trends to stay ahead in the industry
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the bus industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities
