Job Description

Berhampiran LRT Asia Jaya (8 minit berjalan kaki)

Kelayakan

• Boleh memahami & bertutur dalam Bahasa Malaysia
• Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang financial , tahu baca ccris /ctos report
• Minat membimbing junior & yakin berkomunikasi sebagai seorang leader
• Pandai urus manusia, bukan mulut saja

– Boleh kawal emosi team

– Tak cepat naik suara, tapi tegas bila perlu

• Bekerja di pejabat sahaja

Tanggungjawab

• Pastikan target team bergerak, bukan tunggu hujung bulan
• Menerangkan maklumat dan membantu proses permohonan pinjaman kerajaan
• Membuat panggilan keluar kepada pelanggan berpotensi
• Tidak perlu mencari pelanggan sendiri, senarai pelanggan disediakan
• Tidak perlu berjumpa pelanggan

Manfaat

• Gaji asas: RM3,00 – RM4,00
• Ganjaran kehadiran penuh: RM200
• Komisen RM1,00 – RM2,500 per case
• Caruman KWSP & PERKESO
