Job Description
We are currently looking for Sales Expert Beautician/ Beauty Consultant/Advisor to join our team at NOVA AESTHETICS. This is a full-time position based in DAMEN MALL SUBANG JAYA.
Job Tasks:
- Perform skin analysis and promote packages to customers
- Perform various beauty treatments including facials, laser, etc.
- Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills
- Training will be provided
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior experience as a beautician or beauty consultant
- Passionate about the beauty industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time, including fixed shifts
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic Salary + Commission + Bonus
- Package commission: 3% – 10%
- Income range: RM300 – RM500 per month (based on other outlet beauticians)
- EPF, Socso, and Eis provided
- Daily bonus and 2x bonus per year
