As a Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include pursuing new sales prospects, participating in project tenders, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in the fasteners and hardware industry.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, or different platforms.

Converting sales leads to revenue:

• Navigate negotiations, overcome objections, close sales, and achieve sales targets.

Retaining key accounts:

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and build long-term relationships with current and new customers.

• Seek feedback on customer satisfaction annually.

Reporting and analysis:

• Submit timely and accurate forecasts, reports, monthly highlights, and other documentation to management.

Product Knowledge:

Providing valuable insights:
