Job Description

• Contact potential leads received from the database and ensure lead closure.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable beauty products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends, beauty products, and services.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth.
• Analyze competitor products and services to stay ahead in the market.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing progress and achievements.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as Live Hosting.

Requirements:

• Industry preferences are the Cosmetic and Beautician Industry.
• This job is required on a work-from-home (WFH) basis (Standby Mode) on Saturdays.
• This job requires candidates to train, engage with resellers, and dropship.
• This job also requires candidates to explore new offline sales territories (spa and pharmacy).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
