Job Description

Working Day: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 4.30pm)

  • Provide administrative support for sales activities, including managing and distributing incoming inquiries, handling correspondence, and maintaining sales-related documentation.
  • Interact with customers to address inquiries, provide product information, and assist in resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and liaising with various departments to facilitate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update customer and sales records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Generate reports and provide necessary sales data support.
  • Coordinate and monitor sales activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordination with Departments: Liaise with various internal departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to support the sales process.
  • Contact prospects from a list of potential clients or customers based on leads generated through research, networking, social media, and special events.
  • Managing customer accounts and maintaining up-to-date customer records and databases.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
