Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities, follow up, make sales calls, and send emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Pass qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Achieve sales targets and quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand potential customer database within your assigned area.
- Conduct effective online demos with potential customers.
- Requirements:
- Demonstrated internal sales support experience.
- Proven track record of achieving quotas.
- Excellent phone demeanor and experience making dozens of calls per day.
- Proficient with business productivity and online presentation tools.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification with some relevant sales experience.
- Preferably from the printing industry.
