Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of FMCG industry in Central & Perak.
- Strong selling skills in assigned territories.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) optional.
- Fluency in local language, ideally Mandarin & English.
- SPM or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG field.
- Positive attitude and own transport.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Execute sales activities, marketing plans, in-store merchandising.
- Record and maintain sales data.
- Enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer orders, queries, promote promotions.
- Manage distributors’ salesmen, coordinate product delivery.
