Job Description
Carlsberg is seeking Sales talents to join our team in Malaysia. If you are passionate about sales and have field sales experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our products to customers
- Evaluate customer needs, recommend solutions, and build lasting relationships
- Forecast sales trends and develop effective sales plans
- Look for sales opportunities and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with Marketing on promotions
- Maintain brand presence and product availability
- Gather market insights to improve sales performance
Requirements:
- 1 year field sales experience in FMCG
- Minimum SPM/Diploma
- Passionate about sales with proven track record
- Good understanding of sales techniques
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Driven, outgoing, and self-starter
- IT literate with valid driving license
Workplace: Shah Alam, Penang, Terengganu, & Perak, MY
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Mon-Thu 8:15am-5pm, Fri 8:15am-4pm
