Job Description
Able to maintain good relationship with customers, vendors, and business partners.
- Responsible for managing and developing existing and new customers.
- Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Handle related issues involving solution partners with government customers.
- Conduct sales presentations.
- Manage tender inquiry and conduct spec submission and quotation.
- Review and monitor business partner and system integrators sales performance and project status.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to Management on sales and business partner.
- Experience in products such as IBM, Tableau, Microsoft, TIBCO, etc.
