Job Description
POSITION: Sales Executive
COMPANY: Agensi Pekerjaan NS Shue Sdn Bhd
LOCATION: Pandamaran, Port Klang
SALARY: RM 400-500
1. Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the plastic injection blow moulding industry or a related field. This experience should involve working with customers, understanding their requirements, and managing sales processes.
2. Educational Background: Having a relevant educational background can be beneficial. Degrees or Diplomas in Business, Marketing, Engineering, and/or a related field can provide a solid foundation for the role.
3. Gender and Age Preference: The preference for a male candidate aged 25 and above is a specific requirement mentioned.
4. Sales Skills: Strong sales skills are crucial for a Sales Manager position. This includes the ability to build relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales. Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales and knowledge of the plastic injection blow moulding industry would be advantageous.
5. Leadership and Management Abilities: As a sales manager, leadership and management skills are essential. You should be able to lead a sales team, set targets, motivate individuals, and monitor their performance. 8. Other benefits: Basic salary range from RM400 to 500/month. Benefits include personal accident insurance, monthly sales commissions based on sales achieved target, monthly RM50 attendance allowance, and RM300 medical entitlement per year.
