Job Description
A Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects to drive sales growth. They research and identify potential customers, proactively reach out to them, and pitch products or services to create sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries
- Reach out to prospects through various channels, including phone calls and emails
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budgets, and decision-making authority
- Present product or service information and benefits to prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
