Job Description
Prepare quotations for customers and receive sales orders/ POs.
Provide internal sales support to HQ including confirmations of sales, delivery orders, and other sales-related requirements.
Provide customer support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Knowledgeable and experienced in computer software, hardware, and IT preferred.
Work closely with the Sale Manager to ensure alignment of promotions and products.
Ensure each customer is provided with exceptional customer experience and service.
Manage and provide customer service support via Live Chats Platforms, Emails, and WhatsApp for both Sales and Support.
Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate customization laptop or desktop solutions.
Build and maintain a good relationship with the customers to increase repeat business.
Perform any ad-hoc administrative duties and tasks assigned by the management.
