Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales team to meet day-to-day sales tasks such as quotations and tenders.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries or feedback via phone, fax, and emails.
  • Able to promptly resolve customers’ complaints.
  • Provide excellent service and confidently share product knowledge, proposals, and quotations with customers.
  • Coordinate with the implementation team to prepare and establish weekly communication for the entire sales team.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties.

Education:

Diploma or other equivalent certification in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or Marketing. All qualifications will be considered.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as an office administrator is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive work attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently.
  • Ability to supervise a team.
  • Proficient in computer software, including MS Office.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience.
