Job Description
RB SPRAY TECH SDN BHD is looking for a Sales Coordinator/Account Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating our sales team, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth operations. You will also provide customer support, handle orders, and maintain financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
- Create and maintain customer account database – Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Assist accountant and finance in keying in data and ensuring payment accuracy
- Handle accounting documentation and account reconciliation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Preferably candidate with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- Advanced level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software (UBS)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
License/Certification:
- UBS AND EXCEL (Preferred)
