Job Description
Prudential Ampri Cleanroom Services Sdn Bhd is currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. This position will be based in Batang Kali, Selangor. As a Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing Purchase Orders (PO) from Singapore customers and inputting them into JDE system until stock delivery.
- Raising Order Requisitions for all rental garments and coordinating with Sales Person and Purchasing for buffer stock planning.
- Processing Increase Inventory forms and Size Exchange forms received from customers by liaising with the Salesperson on design, quantity, and delivery date.
- Updating increase inventory and other blanket PO monitoring for customers.
- Preparing Stock Requisition Forms (SRF) for internal stock transfers and coordinating with the Warehouse Department.
- Preparing shipping documents such as Custom Permit and Proforma Invoice.
- Preparing Delivery Orders and Invoices and liaising with the Logistic Department for delivery arrangements.
- Filing Delivery Orders and Invoices.
- Handling customer complaints and relaying them to related departments (e.g., Production, QA) and following up with corrective action.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements for this position include fluency in English, willingness to do overtime on a daily basis, and being available to undergo one month of training in Singapore before commencing work in Batang Kali, Selangor.
