Job Description
• Administrative support to inside/outside Sales Representatives.
• To assist in issuing customer’s quotation.
• To manage purchase orders received from customers.
• To monitor low stock position.
• To assist with quarterly overall stock checks.
• To assist After-Sales service documentation (e.g: finalized signed DO by customers, warranty claim, TDO etc).
• To liaise with transport/logistics partners for delivery arrangements.
• To assist with import/export documentation & goods arrangement documentation.
