Job Description

• Coordinate activities and tasks to ensure a seamless flow of operations.
• Coordinate with various departments, such as logistics and operation, to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and distribution partners.
• Serve customers at the counter and process customer orders.
• Reply to online customer inquiries, provide service information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and optimizing operational processes and procedures.
• Implement and enforce quality standards and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From RM2,00.00 per month

• Fixed shift
