Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and co-ordinate day-to-day activities for the sales department such as preparing quotations, tenders, sales agreements/orders, sales reports, etc.
- Handle sales processing activities and documentation, file important documents, and communicate relevant information to respective sales managers and personnel.
- Responsible for PO and PR checking and approval.
- Understand and filter webpage inquiries, such as customer needs and requirements, before forwarding them to the direct sales team for follow-up.
- Respond to and handle complaints and queries from customers in a courteous and enthusiastic manner, and provide after-sales support when requested.
- Monitor the productivity status, scheduling of appointments, and inform management of any shortcomings with the sales team.
- Liaise with related departments for the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare business correspondence, e.g., letters, emails, minutes of meetings.
- Assist the Sales Manager in scheduling and events coordination, meetings, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- 2 years of relevant working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Aggressive, self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
- Good customer service skills, including exceptional verbal and written communication skills with problem-solving capability.
