Job Description
An operations executive under the Sales Department is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, from customer order to delivery, on a day-to-day basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective manner, from customer order to delivery.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Handle purchase requests, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Plan, organize, and monitor the daily delivery schedule effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- SPM or equivalent certificate.
- Required skills: Microsoft Office and basic accounting knowledge.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
- Malaysian citizenship is a must.
- Integrity and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Positive attitude towards learning and execution.
