Job Description
- Upload E-Commerce related posting, poster & content to assigned social media communication channel.
- Handling customer through various selling platforms (FB, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, TikTok, etc).
- Assist in closing sales & follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Confirm transactions through bank and record in sales order list (TBC).
- Compile and send daily order/consignment note to sales operations department.
- Follow up on resolutions for delivery matters.
- Handle boosting/bumping products in the selling platform.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as managing schedules, handling phone calls, and maintaining records.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about products or services. Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other materials. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Willingness to work at Bandar Puteri, Klang.
