Job description
- To analyze sales data and identify trends, patterns, and performance indicators, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
- To prepare and then follows up on any sales quotations made for customers.
- To handle customers enquiry by liaise with different departments in a timely and professional manner.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain information.
- To prepare delivery schedule and arrange delivery to customer accordingly.
- To prepare Invoice & Delivery Order
- To prepare monthly closing report
Job requirement
- Possess any diploma/degree with minimum 1 year of working experience
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in sales & marketing operation would be an advantage
- Good communication and customer service oriented
- Good written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
