Job Description
Chiller Serviceparts Center Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator cum Admin Executive to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator cum Admin Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and account functions of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, purchasing and payment vouchers.
- Welcome visitors and suppliers in a pleasant manner.
- Answer and forward phone calls.
- Coordinate dispatch of documents and courier.
- Monitor company social media for customer inquiries and update the feed whenever required.
- Monitor and follow up with customers, suppliers, couriers, etc.
- Update, check, and monitor stocks.
- Prepare relevant supporting documents for the accounting process.
- Update payment records in the computer system and knock off transactions accordingly.
- Maintain and manage proper filing of documents for the company.
- Attend to walk-in customers for sales activities.
- Assist Head of Department in overall responsibility for the effectiveness and performance of Sales and maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Check with customers on overdue payment status.
- Assist in preparing the Statement of Account (SOA) and follow up with clients.
