Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To prepare the quotation promptly.
- To generate reports on the daily outgoing quotations and sales order listing to the management team.
- To coordinate the customer order by following through with the stock planning and delivery schedule with other departments.
- Follow up closely on every order status and provide feedback accordingly to the superior if there’s any cancellation or on-hold case.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Knowledge in ERP Systems (SAP) for quotation/sales order issuance is an added advantage.
- Preferably at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KLANG.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales – Corporate, Sales, Telemarketing, or equivalent in STEEL/HARDWARE Industry.
- Experience in handling all types of customers and good reporting skills.
