Job Description
- Food Flavors Manufacturer @ Shah Alam
- Mon to Fri – 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Up to RM 4500 (Depends on experience)
- Minimum SPM
Job Responsibility:
- Attend to customers’ inquiries in coordination with internal departments and manage customers’ expectation
- Preparing quotation, supportive documentations, shipment arrangement, invoicing and billing process
- Maintain and improve CRM in all aspects
- Administrative support to commercial team and periodical analytical reports are expected
- Logistic provider sourcing & coordination of overseas delivery
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum SPM
- Able to liaise with Malay & Mandarin speaking counterpart
- Prefer someone with export shipment experiences
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in SAP System would be an added advantage
