Responsibilities:

• Identify new potential customers and assist in finding prospects and leads.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services to potential clients.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
• Communicate client feedback and market insights to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance, achievements, and challenges.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,636.15 – RM6,442.48 per month

Schedule:
