Job Description
- To be in-charge of sales in respective region.
- Develop new customers.
- To achieve individual sales targets set by the company, diligently.
- Continuously seeking new business opportunities by targeting the company’s existing customers or new potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Orders received shall be handled accurately and efficiently within the lead time. Any temporarily out-of-stock items shall be promptly communicated to customers.
- To promptly respond to all customer inquiries and ensure requests are appropriately addressed in a timely manner.
- Attend to product complaints smartly, tactfully, and resolve them amicably.
- To monitor the credit limit of each customer and ensure all payments due are collected on time.
