Job Description
We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant and Customer Service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while also driving sales and meeting targets.
As a Sales Consultant and Customer Service representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive buying experience. You will also be responsible for identifying potential sales opportunities and effectively closing deals.
To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to build rapport with customers and understand their needs in order to provide tailored solutions. Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
