Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the interior design industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Discover new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Meet client design requirements, propose design concepts, and prepare quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (architects, developers, contractors).
- Conduct presentations and consultations to showcase services and capabilities.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage projects.
- Research materials, design effects, and costs and develop specifications.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.
- Handle pricing inquiries, prepare quotations for clients, negotiate contracts and packages.
- Collaborate with our interior design team to create customized solutions for clients.
- Demonstrate strong sense of responsibility, energy, independence, positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive business development, sales, architecture, or interior refurbishment experience.
- Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing and/or Business or equivalent work experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and self-improvement oriented.
- Prior experience in interior refurbishment companies is preferred.
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of sales cycles, from prospecting to contract negotiation.
