Job Description
Provide excellent, polite, and friendly customer service, and provide product information to customers visiting the boutique.
Responsible for all boutique operations, including printing consignment notes, quality control (QC), packing, and delivering parcels to courier branches.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the boutique on a daily basis.
Responsible for conducting live sales on the TikTok platform using the company’s account, and updating content on social media twice a day (Instagram and TikTok).
Manage customer service, both online and offline (customer service/logistics).
