Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our retail team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ascertain their needs
- Recommend and help locate merchandise based on customer desires
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Accurately process sales using the point of sale system
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within guidelines
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
