Job Description
Position: Pharmacy Assistant / Sales Assistant / Clinic Assistant (Serdang)
Company: BIG PHARMACY SUPER CITY
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,700.00 per month
Working hours: 5 working days / 2 off days / Training Provided
Requirements: Friendly personality, SPM/Diploma/Degree (Experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Clinic is preferred)

Job Responsibilities (Training Provided):
- Assist customers in providing medical counseling in terms of medication/supplements
- Assist pharmacists in checking customers’ health, such as blood pressure, blood sugar level, cholesterol level, uric acid level, and distributing medications/supplements under pharmacist’s supervision
- Ensure proper product display and practice FEFO and FIFO in inventory
- Receive and store incoming goods, and be involved in stock control and management
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Attach price tags to products and ensure the proper display of promotions
- Operate cash and card payment machines
