Job Description

Position: Sales Assistant / Pharmacy Assistant / Clinic Assistant

Gross Monthly Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,700.00

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Training Provided

Requirements: SPM/Diploma/Degree (Experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Clinic is preferred)

Vacancy Locations:

  1. BIG PHARMACY 3 DAMANSARA
  2. BIG PHARMACY PJ 17

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by providing friendly and professional medical counseling on medications/supplements
  • Aid pharmacists in conducting health checks such as blood pressure, glucose level, cholesterol level, uric acid level, and ensure proper distribution of medications/supplements under pharmacist’s supervision
  • Maintain proper product organization and display, and practice FEFO and FIFO inventory management
  • Receive and store incoming goods, and be involved in stock control and management
  • Respond to and handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Attach price tags to products and ensure effective promotion display
  • Handle cash and card payments
