Job Description
1. Experience in handling administrative work, proper monitoring, paperwork related to product-related matters.
2. Perform administrative and office support.
3. Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
4. Data Entry.
5. Sales and Marketing support.
6. Maintaining the company social media accounts.
7. Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
8. Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Managers, and Senior Management.
9. Follow up and monitoring of completed sales.
10. Able to work independently, self-motivated, and able to handle customer inquiries.
11. Assist to plan, develop, implement, and oversee company operation and planning.
12. Performs all other related duties as assigned by the MANAGEMENT from time to time.
KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILL DESIRABLE:
- Self-Motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Fast learner and quick thinker.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
- Competency in Malay.
- Experience in Sales.
- Knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint Software.
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of sales and marketing skills.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
