Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, customer presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in sales and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
