Job Description

• Manage the company’s marketing and sales functions to identify and develop new opportunities for products and services with existing and new customers.
• Implement local market product marketing strategies and all marketing activities.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitive market conditions. Provide insights on market opportunities and sell our products and services.
• Evaluate and share customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to develop appropriate forecasts and plans to enhance our value proposition to customers.
• Research, develop, and execute strategies to discover market opportunities. Assist in introducing existing products into new markets, introducing new products into existing markets, and/or introducing new products into new markets.
• Implement proactive business development activities and create project pipeline opportunities, including client visits, technical demonstrations, project specifications, presentations, and webinars.
• Manage and execute the preparation, publication, and delivery of marketing materials, including websites, sales collateral, graphics, exhibition properties, advertisements, and promotional plans.
• Manage and operate within approved marketing budgets, supporting overall business plans.
• Manage and execute customer satisfaction surveys, analyze and recommend actions based on individual customer or customer group status.
• Develop and present sales performance reports. Organize and support sales and marketing reporting.
• Work with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Track sales data to ensure the company achieves sales targets.
• Analyze and develop plans to participate in target markets. Analyze competition to formulate participation plans.
• Execute assigned additional responsibilities and projects. Collaborate with other departments to identify effective solutions for clients.
