Job Description
– Manage and respond promptly to customers’ inquiries made online on: WhatsApp, Social media platforms, Shopee, Lazada, and phone calls
– Provide after-sales service and reply to customers’ inquiries
– Collect data from customers’ feedback and prepare reports to help the company identify and analyze critical areas for improvement
– Receive and manage returned items, arrange repair with the maintenance department, and prepare weekly reports on the process
Requirements:

- Proficient in Google Sheets

Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
