- To achieve the monthly and annual sales target.
- Provide and promote Company’s Product & Services to potential customers.
- Maintain excellent relationship and ensure Customer is satisfied.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM.
- No experience required but must be willing to do sales / learn.
- Good attitude.
- Willing to travel to customer site (transportation allowance provided).
- Willing to work around Batu Caves + KL area.
- Comfortable to work with KPI / sales attitude.
What We Offer
- RM 1500 basic + RM 300 allowance.
First 6 months fixed guaranteed commission RM 700 monthly
- Additional sales commission:
Small truck ~RM 1200++ per sale
Medium & heavy truck ~RM 200++ per sale
- After 6 months forecast:
RM 1500 basic + RM 300 allowance+ 1 small truck sale a month = RM 300
+ 1 medium / big truck sale = RM 400
BIG ORDER = BIG MONEY
- Career progression:
2-5 year become supervisor
5-12 year become manager
