Do you dream of working in a company that is leading the industry and substantially growing in the market?

We are looking for an outgoing and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to drive sales and ensure that customers have a pleasant and seamless experience with perabotKini. You should be able to identify customers’ needs and recommend products accordingly.

You will be responsible for:

• Meeting and exceeding sales goals set by the Management.
• Maintaining good relationships with all existing, new, and potential customers to increase closing deals and returning customer rates.
• Greeting customers and offering assistance regarding our services.
• Addressing customers’ concerns, inquiries, and resolving complaints.
• Preparing quotations for customers.
• Managing internal sales and work orders.
• Participating in sales events such as furniture fairs.
• Ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and presentable.
• Handling any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

You should have:

• The right attitude of “Can Do” and a love for learning.
• Computer literacy.
• Transportation for travel (when required only).
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture or interior design. Excellent selling, communication, interpersonal, and people skills. Lack experience and skills? No worries, come and join us, and we will train you to be a successful Sales Advisor.

Salary: From RM2,500.00 per month
