Job Description
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our sales processes. Your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, handling inquiries, maintaining sales records, and providing administrative support to the sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with clients to ensure timely delivery, and resolving any order-related issues that may arise.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer databases, preparing sales reports, and assisting with sales forecasting.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software are highly desirable.
