Job Description
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in the company’s ERP system.
- Provide support to sales personnel in preparing quotations and ensuring technical information is included.
- Communicate with customers on collection matters and payment status updates.
- Manage delivery orders, invoices, debit/credit notes, etc., in a timely manner.
- Generate reports on sales bookings, collections, revenue forecasts, and cash flow.
- Maintain and update sales records in the ERP system for data integrity.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
