Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrative Executive to support our Sales division with various administrative duties. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, purchase orders, and billing reporting primarily for ROBOTS and ROBOMACHINES. You will perform basic office tasks such as filing, answering phones, and arranging deliveries.

The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating product training, maintain sales records, and help with brochure printing. A minimum STPM/Diploma in Administration is required, along with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong command of English and Mandarin is essential.
